Wizzlool YouTube Publishing

Wizzlool YouTube Publishing is a desktop workflow for authorized operators of the wizzlool YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services to upload approved videos and check channel identity, video details, visibility, scheduled publication times and processing results.

Data and permissions

The workflow requests YouTube upload and read-only permissions through Google OAuth. It processes the authorized channel ID and name, selected video files, titles, descriptions, video IDs and publication status. These permissions are used to prepare approved uploads and verify their results.

OAuth credentials are stored in macOS Keychain. Video files and the necessary workflow records are stored in the operator's local workspace. Selected channel and video information may also be processed in the operator's configured AI-assisted workspace to support this workflow. Approved video files and metadata are sent to Google and YouTube through their APIs.

The operator uses this information to run the channel workflow. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising. Access is limited to authorized operators and the services used to provide this workflow.

Retention and control

We retain data only while needed for the authorized workflow and refresh or remove stored YouTube API data as required by YouTube's policies. You can revoke access through Google account permissions.

To request deletion of locally stored authorization and Google user data, or ask a privacy question, contact johnnychan985@gmail.com. Deletion requests will be completed within seven calendar days. Removing local data or revoking access does not delete videos already stored on YouTube; those videos can be managed in YouTube Studio.

Terms and Google privacy

By using this workflow, you agree to this privacy notice and the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's processing of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
