Return & Exchange Principles
You can apply for return or exchange services within 30 days after delivery. We accept return or exchange of both defective and non-defective products.

Return and Exchange Process
Submit a Request: Please submit the return or exchange request through Contact Us page. And provide pictures or videos of the products received as proof would be appreciated.
Review, Provide Return Address & Shipping Fee: We will check your proof files to see if it's meet the return conditions, if all good, we'll send you the return address and confirm the shipping carrier with you, then pay the return shipping fee if necessary. During this process, your PayPal may be required to provide so that we can send the return shipping costs to you.
Return Products: Customer returns the product to the designated address through the logistics provider confirmed by both parties and provides the logistics tracking number.
Notes: For orders from different countries, The return address may be different, so please be sure to contact us to obtain the right return address.
Processing Refund or Exchange: After receiving the returned product and confirming that it's no problem, we will handle the refund or exchange procedures for you. The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route. The exchanged product will be sent out within 3 working days after receiving the returned product.
Refund Situation & Instruction
I. Refund for Returns: We will process your refund after we receive the goods and pass the quality inspection. If the reason for the return is not due to HOUSYE's fault, the original shipping fee is not refundable.
II. Refund for Out of Stock: We will inform you of out of stock details and estimated arrival time after receiving your order. If you are not willing to wait, we will process your refund immediately after receiving your confirmation.
III. Refund for Package Not Received
- Tracking info shows successful delivery: Please contact our customer service via email support@housye.com to help you make refund.
- Delivery failed due to wrong address: We will refund the value of the products, but shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Shipping company confirmed that package lost: We will make a full refund including shipping costs.
Notes: We cannot compensate for packages lost at P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure that the address details and contact information are filled in correctly.
Refund Timeline
We will process your refund within 3 days after receiving your request, and all refunds will be returned to your original payment account through the original path. If you still haven't received your refund after 14 working days, please contact us for help.
