In order to protect your shopping rights, we have the responsibility to explain a clear and transparent return and exchange policy. Please read it carefully before shopping so that you can smoothly handle the return and exchange procedures when necessary.
Return and Exchange Principles
Quality Issues: If the goods you received have quality problems (such as damage, defects, not consistent with the description, etc.), we promise to accept returns and exchanges unconditionally.
Non-quality issues: Returns and exchanges not caused by product quality problems, such as color deviation, wrong purchase, changes in personal preferences, etc., must be made within a certain period of time after receiving the goods (please refer to the terms below for specific time limits) and meet our return and exchange conditions.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Goods are intact: The returned goods must keep the original packaging and accessories intact, and have not been used or washed.
Time limit: You can apply for returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods (some product categories, such as holiday gifts and promotional products, may be different).
Return and Exchange Process
Submit an Application: Log in to your mall account, enter the "My Order" page, find the product you want to return or exchange, click the "Apply for Return and Exchange" button, fill in the reason for return or exchange and submit.
Review and Confirmation: Our customer service team will review the application as soon as possible after receiving it, and notify you of the review results and subsequent operation guidelines by email or SMS.
Return the Product: According to the address information provided by the customer service, return the products that meet the return and exchange conditions. Please be sure to keep the return logistics order number for easy inquiry.
Processing Refund or Exchange: After receiving the returned product and confirming that it is correct, we will handle the refund or exchange procedures for you. The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route, and the exchanged product will be sent out within 5 working days after receiving the returned product.
Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
Quality Issues: For returns and exchanges caused by product quality issues, we will bear the round-trip freight.
Non-Quality Issues: For returns and exchanges not caused by product quality issues, the freight is borne by the buyer. When exchanging goods, if you need to exchange the same item and the price of the item is the same, the buyer only needs to bear the return shipping fee; if the price of the item is different, the buyer needs to bear the price difference and the return shipping fee.
Special Instructions
Customized Items: Due to the special nature of customized goods, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there are serious quality problems.
Promotional Items: Some promotional goods may enjoy special return and exchange policies. Please consult customer service for details.
Special Notes on Refund Policy
Refund amount: The refund amount will be refunded according to the actual amount you paid for the goods, excluding possible shipping costs and other additional fees (unless caused by our fault).
Refund time limit: We promise to process the refund for you as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, usually 1-3 working days. However, the specific time to return to your account may vary depending on the processing speed of the bank/payment platform.
Coupons: If a coupon is used for an order, the coupon will be invalid during the refund.
