You do not need to log in or create a buyer account before purchasing, but you will need to enter email address or phone number to complete the checkout.
Payment
You can pay by: Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Bank Transfer.
Payment declines are usually caused by the card issuer. Please contact your bank for more information.
Also, if a single order's amount exceeds US$5,000, our receiving bank may also limit and reject your payment for security reasons. In this case, If your order contains multiple products, you can consider split it into several small orders to complete the payment. If not, Please contact us to remove the limit or complete the payment through bank transfer.
Product prices are calculated in US dollars, so local currency payment is not supported for now.
However, you can switch the currency display on the homepage to quickly understand the product price. But please note, you still need to pay in US dollars at the final checkout.
If your card does not support US dollar, the bank or payment platform may convert the currency and conversion fees may charged.
Shipping + Delivery
Our products are generally shipped in the following ways:
· Standard Air Shipping: Postal World Service, Commercial Air Line
· Express Shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS
· Sea Shipping: Metson, MSC, etc.
Oversized furniture will shipped by sea, and delivered to the door by truck after arriving at the port. Customers can also go to the port to pick up.
Delivery time by express shipping is 3-7 days. Standard air shipping is generally 10-15 days. Shipping by sea will be 25-30 days.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on region, weather, logistics congestion and other factors.

We generally calculate shipping costs based on the weight of the items, the order amount, the destination country/region and the shipping method you choose.

We will make shipping within 1-3 days after receiving your order, and send the tracking number to you by email. You can also log in to the buyer's account to check it.
Generally, we can ship to the P.O. address, but for products with higher value or large items, we do not recommend using the P.O. address for delivery. We will confirm the shipping details with you after receiving your order.
It usually takes 1-2 days for the new waybill number to be updated.
If it hasn't been updated for a long time, Please contact us and we will find out the reason asap. It may because the tracking number has been changed when arrived at the shipping carrier, This happens from time to time.

If your package is lost in transit, we will resend it or refund you after confirming with shipping carrier.

If the tracking info shows the package has been successfully delivered, we are sorry that we cannot resend it or make refund for you. Of course, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to help you obtain corresponding compensation if the carrier's compensation terms apply.

If you receive the package to a P.O. address, we will not be responsible for compensation for the lost package.
Returns + Refund
You can apply for a return within 15 days after receiving your order. Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and the original packaging and accessories are intact.
Yes, we support exchange service. Please contact customer service for consultation before applying for exchange.
If you need to return or exchange, please contact us and provide the order number, reason for return and photos of the items (if necessary). We will verify and arrange follow-up matters after receiving your request. Please refer to our return policy for details.
In general, if the product is damaged or the wrong product is sent, we will pay the return shipping fee.
However, if the return is caused by non-product quality issues such as wrong purchase or dislike, the buyer needs to pay the return freight. Please refer to our return policy for details.
Once we confirm receipt of the return, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. Your payment will be returned to your payment account along the original route, generally within 2-5 business days, the specific time will vary depending on the platform and payment method.
If the product you received does not match the description, please contact our customer service immediately and provide relevant photos or videos. We will refund or exchange the product for you after verification.
Note: Minor flaws and color differences in artwork are normal and do not belong to "not as described".
