Freight Calculation

We will automatically calculate and display the freight based on item weight, order amount, destination country/region and the shipping method you choose.

On the shopping cart page, you can select your shipping destination country and enter the zip code for freight estimate. And get the total amount of the order (including product price and shipping cost) on the checkout page.

Order Shipping and Delivery Time

The order handling time usually needs 1-3 days, and we provide a variety of shipping methods, including but not limited to:

  • International Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Suitable for standard items, fast speed but higher freight. Delivery time is generally 3-7 days.
  • Standard Air Shipping (Universal Postal Service, Commercial Air Line): Suitable for small items, moderate price, slightly longer delivery time, generally 10-15 days.
  • Shipping by Sea (Metson, MSC, etc.): Suitable for large or heavy items, with lower freight but longer delivery time. The delivery time is generally 25-30 days. After items arrive at the port, you can choose truck delivery service to your door, or you can pick them up at the port. Please confirm with us before purchasing.

Note: We will provide fast International Express Shipping for orders over $199. (Except for large items that need to be shipped by sea)

The above is an estimated delivery time (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). The specific delivery time may vary depending on the region, weather and logistics conditions, and may also be delayed due to customs clearance, force majeure such as natural disasters and other factors.

Logistics Tracking

After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a logistics tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the real-time logistics information of the order on the official website of the logistics company.

If you have not received logistics updates for a long time or there is anything wrong with the package, please contact our customer service team in time.

Tariffs and Taxes

Depending on the customs policy of your country/region, some goods may be subject to import tariffs. These tariffs are borne by the buyer and are beyond our control.

We will try to provide accurate information on the value of the goods so that you can calculate possible tariff charges. Some countries/regions may also impose value-added tax or other taxes on imported goods. These taxes and fees are also borne by the buyer.
