Refund Policy
Refund Situations
- Mistaken Order: If you place an order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will process your refund immediately after confirmation. If you delay sending your request and the order has been sent before we receive it, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
- Order Not Shipped: In a few cases, the product you purchased may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you of this situation and the arrival time by email after receiving your order. If you cannot accept the delayed delivery time, we will immediately process your refund.
- Product Return: You can request a return and refund within 15 days from the date of receipt. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for details.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method used when you purchased. The estimated processing time is 3-5 working days, depending on your bank and payment platform.
Refund Time Limit
For orders placed by mistake and orders not shipped, we will refund you immediately after receiving your request or confirmation. For refunds on returns, we will process your refund within 1-2 working days after receiving your returned products and confirming that there is no problem.
Special Notes
Refund amount: The refund amount will be refunded according to the actual amount you paid for the products, excluding possible shipping costs and other additional fees (unless caused by our fault).
Coupons: If a coupon is used for an order, the coupon will be invalid during the refund.
